Wouldn’t life be sweeter if we could consistently respond to difficult emotions, people, and situations with tenderness, strength, and love? In Joy in Challenges, the second course of our Transformed by Joy program, you’ll embark on a 7-week journey with author and trainer Amy Hamilton Glaser to deepen your ability to stay relationally connected—even in the midst of emotional upset.
This course stands on its own—no prior experience or coursework is needed to participate! Whether you’re new to our offerings or continuing your journey, you’ll gain practical skills to recognize, feel, share, and quiet big emotions, receive and give emotional attunement, escape enemy mode, and repair relationships after ruptures. If you struggle with overwhelming feelings or want to support others more effectively, this course will help you cultivate resilience, strengthen your relational skills, and experience God’s presence in new ways.
Join us for Joy in Challenges: Staying Connected to Me, You, and Jesus and take an important step toward being Transformed by Joy! Meetings are held on Zoom with live teaching, small group discussions, and practical exercises. Registration is open—invite a friend and sign up today!
7 Weeks: April 15th to May 27th
Tuesdays, 12-1:30 pm or 7-8:30 pm, Central
